| I use arnica gel after a excellent exercises, or when I bruise myself terribly. It really speed the healing and reduces soreness. It's a small sticky and smells amusing until dry (for about 3 summary) but it is worth it for it's healing power. |

| Goes on easily and absorbs quickly, no odor. I use it for neck and shoulder muscular tension and the associated minor swelling. It has worked amazingly well for me. I used to take naproxen/Aleve daily, which stresses your liver. Now only irregularly if I have really overworked those muscles. I suggest you give it a try. 3-4 times a day every day until the tube is empty. I also added homeopathic arnica "pills". My results have been nearly miraculous. |

| I just broke my foot and was taking Motrin for pain. I was on the internet and saw that Arnica was used for swelling, brusing, post-op surgery for swelling, etc. I bought a tube and at once started to rub it on my foot. The next day all the swelling in my foot went down, the black and blues started to reduce and I needed less Motrin for relief. Exceptional manufactured goods and well worth having in your medicine chest. |
